Richard Li (Owner)
Previously worked at Sheraton Hotel in Toronto. First opened and operated a Japanese Restaurant from 2012 to 2014 in California. He then opened his first Halal Uyghur Style Chinese restaurant in Vancouver, Canada in 2015 named Beijiang Restaurant. He currently works at the restaurant and serves the customers himself; speaks Mandarin, English and Japanese.
Chef Steven has been in the Chinese food industry for almost 20 years. He is from Nanjing, China. Learned cooking in China and has previously worked at Shangri La Hotel, Vancouver.
Chef Joe is also from Nanjing, China. He has been cooking Chinese food for over 5 years. He's also the BBQ Skewer expert and makes amazing hand pulled noodles.
Chef Ge is also from Nanjing, China. He has been in the Chinese food industry for over 30 years. He makes incredible, authentic Nang bread.
Khan serves food at the restaurant along side Richard. He speaks Mandarin and English; has been working at Beijiang Restaurant for the past 4 months.
